Strummer &co.,

An excellent first bass

I bought this bass about a year ago and left it at a friends studio so I wouldn’t have to carry my bass from home there all the time when we jammed. This bass is an amazing instrument at an unbelievable price. Although it might not have the sound quality of a top of the line bass (it comes close though) it makes up for it by the fact that it is really really…. really easy to play. The neck is faster than almost anything in the market (I own and I’ve played many basses in my 20 years as a musician) thus making even an amatture sound like a pro. The finish is good enough (especially considering the price tag) and it certainly feels like a bass of 2 or 3 times more expensive. My suggestion especially to beginners, look no further, the GSR200 is the bass to take you to the next level (and probably another 2-3 levels after that as well)!
